By becoming a member of the CashInOnMail.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. CashInOnMail.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add to and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the CashInOnMail.com program following the posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on the CashInOnMail.com site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Entire Agreement:

The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CashInOnMail.com and govern your use of the program/services, superceding any prior agreements between you and CashInOnMail.com. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of CashInOnMail.com. Our program is open to International membership and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You must be able to read and understand English. If you cannot read and understand English, please do not sign up.

You agree to use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.

You may not hold multiple accounts using different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing CashInOnMail.com account. Only one account per household is allowed.

You will use your email address/password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your CashInOnMail.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by CashInOnMail.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.

You must maintain your email account used when signing up CashInOnMail.com. You agree to receive advertisements from CashInOnMail.com. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more to messages from CashInOnMail.com your account may be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account may be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. If your standard account is inactive for a period exceeding 30 days, it may be terminated without notice and you will forfeit all prior earnings. If your Premium Membership account is inactive for a period exceeding 90 days, it may be terminated without notice and you will forfeit all prior earnings.

You agree that your CashInOnMail.com account is non-transferable. Any rights to your CashInOnMail.com username or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Point credits and cash credits may not be sold.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and CashInOnMail.com are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and CashInOnMail.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of CashInOnMail.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.

You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the CashInOnMail.com program.

Limitation of Liability:

CashInOnMail.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or CashInOnMail.com program, even if CashInOnMail.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CashInOnMail.com's aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

While CashInOnMail.com makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of service, we do not guarantee the dependability or accuracy of CashInOnMail.com services. We make no representation regarding your ability to transmit and receive information from or through our web site and you agree and acknowledge that, at times, your ability to access our web site may be impaired or disrupted.

CashInOnMail.com is under no obligation to provide members with any particular number of earning opportunities or send messages to them.

In regard to vendors, we do not endorse or otherwise recommend or approve of any product or information located on or available through our site.

Ownership and Licence

CashInOnMail.com retains all rights to the CashInOnMail.com name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site and all related information. We grant you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our web site and the information contained. No part of the CashInOnMail.com web site may be modified, reproduced, stored or distributed without the written consent of CashInOnMail.com

Payments:

Members may earn cash credits and point credits by receiving paid-emails and/or visiting advertisers' websites.

Members may also earn by referring new members to the CashInOnMail.com program. Members will earn 10% of their direct referrals earnings. Indirect referrals earnings pay at 5% and 5%. Members must be at least 10% as active as each referral they have in order to earn from that referral.

Members may also earn by referring advertisers to the CashInOnMail.com program. Members will earn 5% of all sales generated by advertisers that they have referred.

Members may redeem cash credits via PayPal, AlertPay, check and/or money order (for international members) when their balance reaches $1. Payments will be made within 90 days.

• A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all international money order payments.

Members may also choose to redeem cash credits for CashInOnMail.com products and services as defined from time to time in the Members' section of the CashInOnMail.com site.

Members may redeem point credits for CashInOnMail.com products and services as defined from time to time in the Members' section of the CashInOnMail.com site. Members may also redeem point credits for cash credits.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use:

You agree not to abuse your privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of CashInOnMail.com, including without limitation attempting to accrue earnings or redeem earnings in a manner inconsistent with the rules of CashInOnMail.com or intent of this Agreement; having multiple accounts; attempting to earn through other than legitimate channels, including the use of software designed to extract tracking links from emails or the website and using the source code to click links; participating in purchasing or redemption fraud; or tampering with CashInOnMail.com tracking links.

Turning off images in your browser or using Ad Blocking Software is not allowed. This does not apply to the use of popup blockers.

You may not use CashInOnMail.com in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CashInOnMail.com or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of CashInOnMail.com.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to CashInOnMail.com or other accounts connected to CashInOnMail.com, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the CashInOnMail.com program.

Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Threatening or abusive actions may result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings and referrals.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by CashInOnMail.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.

Advertising Policy:

CashInOnMail.com reserves the right to refuse an advertisement for any reason. CashInOnMail.com also reserves the right to edit any advertisement we deem inappropriate.

CashInOnMail.com does not allow race, hate, warez, adult, casino, pharmacy, chain letters, "investment" autosurfs, HYIPs, gambling sites, matrix programs, ponzi's, pyramids, bubbles, or illegal sites to be advertised. CashInOnMail.com abides by PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. CashInOnMail.com will not accept javascript ads or activeX ads. CashInOnMail.com will not accept websites that contain invisible iframes (5x5 or less) which cheat other websites and programs. CashInOnMail.com also does not allow Unsustainable/Unrealistic sites.

Your advertisement and website must be written in English for the general membership.

Spam:

You may not promote your CashInOnMail.com referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with CashInOnMail.com and may result in legal prosecution. CashInOnMail.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will have their account terminated immediately and will lose any past, present and future earnings. CashInOnMail.com will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from any Spamming incident. CashInOnMail.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.

Violation of the Terms of Service

CashInOnMail.com reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this agreement. If we become aware of possible violations, we may suspend, temporarily or permanently, the provision of our services, provide warnings to you or terminate your access to our services resulting in the loss of any accrued credit. We will determine what action will be taken in response to a violation on a case by case basis, at our own discretion.
