Account Questions
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per
household, however each person registering an account must have a separate
computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.
How can I cancel my account?
Enter your password in the place provided at the bottom of 'User Account Information' in the Members' Area and click 'Delete Your Account?'. Terminating your membership in our program will forfeit any and all earnings.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows CashInOnMail.com
to send you email messages and advertisements.
You may not cancel receiving email ads from CashInOnMail.com without terminating your membership
in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings.

How can I change my personal information?

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program,
we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users
full earning privledges.
Can I stop my emails while I'm on holidays without cancelling my account?
Yes, simply set the vacation mode to the date of your return in 'User Account Information' in the Members' Area.
What are inactive members?
Inactive Members are Members who have not clicked a link in 30 days. Inactive Members are deleted daily.
Cash Earnings Questions
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts
change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however
we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment via StormPay or INTgold after you have earned $1. You may request payment via PayPal after you have earned $5. You can request payment via eGold after you have earned $6. You can request payment via cheque after you have earned $13. You can redeem your earnings for Cash In On Mail merchandise after earning as little as 10 cents.
How can I request payment?
After you have earned the appropriate ammount for your chosen eCurrency, a "Request Payment" button will
automatically appear on your Redemption Offers page. Press the button and your
request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 10 days.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal, StormPay, INTgold, eGold and cheque.
Can I convert my Points to Cash?
Our Point System rewards links that were previously not incentivised. It was designed to give Members quick access to advertising and also offers some other prizes. You cannot convert points for cash at this time.
Using the Paid to Click Area and clicking on Members' Ads will help you get enough points to advertise very quickly. Add a referral or two and you could easily be advertising weekly.
Use the Point System. it was designed to help our Members (not make us money). You earn a minimum of one click to your site for every two links you click or you can hold on to your points to claim one of the other prizes.
Referral Questions
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to CashInOnMail.com on your
website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can
give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your referrals page.
What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 25% of their direct referrals earnings. Indirect
referrals earnings from the 2nd to 10th pay level at, respectively, 15%,
10%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 1% and 1%.
Do I earn if I refer Advertisers to Cash In On Mail?
You certainly do! Members earn 10% of the income from sales generated by advertisers they refer. Where an advertiser commences an advertising subscription, the referral bonus will be paid for each and every week/month that the subscription remains active.
Can I refer myself as an Advertiser?
No. You also cannot refer other Cash In On Mail Members. To gain the 10% advertiser referral bonus, the advertiser must be a new customer to Cash In On Mail.
