Account Questions
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
No. We allow one account per individual and only one account per household.

How can I log into my account?
Click the "Members" link above or Log in Here.

How can I cancel my account?
Enter your password in the place provided Here and click 'Delete Your Account?'. Terminating your membership in our program will forfeit any and all earnings.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows CashInOnMail.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from CashInOnMail.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your password in the place provided Here and click 'Delete Your Account?'.

How can I change my personal information?
You can edit your information by clicking on 'Your Profile' in the Members' Area.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privledges.

Can I stop my emails while I'm on holidays without cancelling my account?
Yes, simply set the vacation mode to the date of your return in 'Your Profile' in the Members' Area.

What are inactive members?
Inactive Members are Members who have not clicked a link in 30 days. Inactive Members are deleted daily.

Cash Earnings Questions
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit. You can check out the Advertising Page for our current ad rates.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment via PayPal, AlertPay, Check, or Money Order (for international members) after you have earned at least $1. You can redeem your earnings for Cash In On Mail merchandise after earning as little as 3 cents.
International Money Orders have a $3 processing fee.

How can I request payment?
After you have earned the appropriate amount for your chosen eCurrency, a "Request Payment" button will automatically appear on your Redemption Offers page. Press the button and your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.
PayPal payments are being sent automatically via Masspay to all members who reach $1 in earnings.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 90 days.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal, AlertPay, Check, or Money Order (for international members).

Can I convert my Points to Cash?
Yes! The point system was originally designed to give Members quick access to advertising and also offers some other prizes. We recently added an option to convert those points to cash.

Referral Questions
How can I refer other members?
Tell your friends and family about our site, give out flyers, place a newspaper ad, put your referral url to Cash In On Mail on your website, add your referral url to your email signature, etc. You may advertise any way you want to as long as you don't SPAM.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your referrals page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 10% of their direct referrals earnings. Indirect referrals earnings pay at 5% and 5%. Members must be at least 10% as active as each referral they have in order to earn from that referral.

Do I earn if I refer Advertisers to Cash In On Mail?
You certainly do! Members earn 5% of the income from sales generated by advertisers they refer.

Can I refer myself as an Advertiser?
No. You also cannot refer other Cash In On Mail Members. To gain the 5% advertiser referral bonus, the advertiser must be a new customer to Cash In On Mail.
